What will you be doing?
Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UKs best loved names within the industry, coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
What will you bring to the role?
- NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
- Extensive, relevant vocational experience within a high-end establishment (Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie)
- Experience of preparing, cooking and finishing a substantial range of fresh and seasonal dishes
- Pro cook Level 2 qualification
- Experience in front of house roles including shift supervisor or Assistant Manager
- Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and self-motivation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
It would be great if you had:
- Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
- NVQ level 2 or 3 in professional cookery
- BTEC level 3 hospitality management
- Experience of operating within WBL/education environment
