What will you be doing?
Conducting learner visits remotely, in most cases for many of the UK's best loved names within the industry, coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience coaching, training or assessing within apprenticeships or vocational learning.
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis techniques, including data collection, cleansing, modelling and interpretation.
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and ideally Power BI / Python / R.
- An understanding of advanced analysis techniques such as regression modelling and time series analysis, with the ability to explain and interpret model performance through p-values, R-squared, and other appropriate metrics.
- Assessor qualification (TAQA/CAVA) or willingness to work towards.
- Ability to support apprentices toward meeting gateway and EPA requirements.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting quality and compliance standards.
It would be great if you had:
- Teaching qualification (L3 Award in Education & Training or above).
- Experience preparing learners for End‐Point Assessment methods (Project & Presentation / Professional Discussion).
- Knowledge of Ofsted requirements and apprenticeship funding rules.
- Industry certifications (e.g., BCS Data Analysis Tools or Concepts).
- Working knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies/tools and an understanding of how these developments impact modern data analytics practices.
