What will you be doing?

Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UK’s best-loved names within the industry, coaching learners on the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Level 3 childcare Qualification or above recognised by Ofsted
  • Extensive and relevant and current vocational experience in Childcare Settings
  • Experience of Early Years curriculum framework (EYFS)
  • Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously

It would be great if you had

  • Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
  • Experience of managing a childcare setting
  • Experience of operating within WBL/education environment
