What will you be doing?
Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UK’s best loved names within the industry, coaching learners on the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
What will you bring to the role?
- Level 4/5 Health and Social Care Qualification or above (LMC or RMA in Care)
- Extensive and relevant vocational experience as a Deputy Manager/ Manager in Adult Health and Social Care settings
- Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and self‑motivation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
It would be great if you had:
- Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
- Level 5 Care, Leadership and Management Qualification
- Experience of operating within WBL/education environment
