You will plan and carry out assessments with apprentices and their employers, evaluating skills, knowledge and behaviours against the apprenticeship standard for their role.

The role requires hospitality experience (FOH/BOH) with supervisory exposure.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, and familiarity with MS Office is expected; training and IT
