Responsibilities
Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UK’s best loved names within the industry, coaching learners on the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
Requirements
- NVQ at Level 2 in Hospitality
- Extensive, relevant vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, reception, housekeeping or beverage service or team leader
- Ability to work in high‑demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and self‑motivation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Preferred
- Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
- Experience in Hotel and Front of House
- Experience of Back of House would be an advantage
- NVQ Level 3 in professional cookery or hospitality supervision
- BTEC Level 3 Hospitality Management
- Experience of operating within WBL/education environment
