What will you be doing?

As an Enrolment Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding first impression for learners and employers, ensuring a smooth and engaging start to their apprenticeship journey.

By coordinating, managing, and conducting apprenticeship enrolments in line with business requirements, you will set the foundation for success and compliance, supporting a positive experience for all stakeholders.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration.
  • Commitment to role-modelling the organisation’s values, promoting inclusivity, and supporting diverse needs.

It would be great if you had

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship
