Innovate Awarding, part of the Lifetime Group, is a leading independent national awarding organisation specialising in vocational apprenticeship qualifications. We are looking for innovative, approachable Hospitality End Point Assessors to join our inclusive, supportive team on a casual basis and deliver exceptional experiences for our learners and employer partners.

What will you be doing?

  • Working with apprentices and their employers to plan and carry out their end‑point assessment, assessing their skills, knowledge and behaviours against the apprenticeship standard for their role.

What will you bring to the role?

  • FOH Hotel experience to include Front Office, Reception, Housekeeping, F&B, Levels 2-4
  • An Assessors qualification
  • A proven passion for and hands‑on experience within Hospitality
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Familiar with MS Office and other IT systems (training will be provided for Proficient).
