Summary

As a Financial Coach at Lifetime FM, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to understand their finances better and make informed decisions. This position is essential in supporting our mission to enhance financial wellbeing and provide valuable insights that lead to a secure financial future.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on the planning process.
• Work with clients to understand their financial goals and develop a financial plan to achieve those goals.
• Deliver financial plans to clients, including their goals and aspirations for the future.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Trained in-house by us on processes, repeated throughout the year with relevant updates.
• Fully trained in on software we use (Prestwood, Screenpal, )
• Working within a thriving department based around customer relationships
• Comfortable working with other departments to showcase the work output
• Confident on webinars and video calls
• Actively involved in meetings and in person collaboration.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Desirable:

• Basic financial knowledge or background
• Knowledge of budgeting and personal finance
