You will work closely with well-known national and international brands, supporting their product selections and helping shape commercially strong, trend-led ranges. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager with the daily running and trading of the wholesale department.
- Monitor daily sales and weekly trade performance across all key partners to drive informed decision-making.
- Lead and support partner meetings to review performance weekly, monthly, and annually.
- Work collaboratively with partners to curate and tailor product selections that suit their customer and brand handwriting.
- Build well-balanced, commercial ranges tailored to each partner's customer profile.
- Work with internal Buying, Design and Merchandising teams to understand upcoming seasonal sign-offs.
- Contribute to product development opportunities, working with designers and suppliers to create exclusive offers where needed.
- Support Buyers and Designers with sample briefs and ensure timely delivery of samples into the business.
- Gather initial costs and negotiate fairly to achieve clear and competitive pricing structures.
- Set and maintain pricing architecture across categories.
- Review and maximise margin through effective costing exercises.
- Be agile, adaptable, and commercially minded in all trading decisions.
- Monitor the critical path, ensuring any delays or risks are quickly identified and communicated.
- Prepare and deliver strong, visually compelling presentations that confidently represent the brand to internal teams and external partners.
