- Build and grow your client base with the support of Lifestyle Fitness.
- Deliver inspiring, safe and results-driven 1:1 and small group sessions.
- Design tailored training plans and track progress.
- Market your services in-club and online to attract and retain clients.
- Keep up to date with fitness trends and CPD to enhance your offering.
As a Fitness Coach (part-time employed):
- Engage with members on the gym floor, providing support, guidance and motivation.
- Deliver engaging group classes and inductions.
- Support new member onboarding, gym tours and membership queries.
- Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
- Be a key part of our club team, supporting retention and member experience.
Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (CIMSPA/REPs recognised). - Level 2 Gym Instructor as a minimum for the Fitness Coach element.
- A people-person with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Self-motivated, with the drive to build your PT business.
- Professional, reliable and committed to high standards.
