Our Reservations Team plays a key role in shaping each guest’s journey, delivering accurate information, confident service, and a seamless booking experience that reflects the energy and service standards of the Hard Rock brand.
This vacancy includes opportunities for the following reservations roles:
- PBX Operator
- Reservations Agent
- Global Customer Service (GCS) Coordinator
- Reservation Supervisor
Role allocation will be based on qualifications, experience, and operational requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in reservations, customer service, call centre, or hospitality environments (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling bookings and guest information
- A guest-focused, professional approach to service
- Ability to work with reservations systems and standard office software
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
