As we continue to expand, we’re looking for ambitious and motivated Protection Advisers to join our team. We have partnerships with some of the biggest lead providers and aggregators in the UK passing thousands of high quality leads through weekly.

The Role

Speaking to families and businesses across the UK (via outbound dialler and manual calls), you’ll guide customers through their protection journey—helping them secure cover for life’s “what ifs”: illness, loss of income, or death.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building rapport and trust with customers over the phone
  • Conducting thorough fact finds to fully understand customer needs
  • Researching health conditions where necessary to ensure the right protection is recommended
  • Accurately recording customer details and managing your workload effectively
  • Working towards and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (2+ years preferred and preferably in protection market)
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Professional, articulate phone manner
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven

Experience in insurance is beneficial, but not essential—what matters most is your drive to succeed and ability to learn quickly.
