Based in Leeds City Centre What you'll be doing: · Speak with existing customers and provide tailored advice (no cold calling!) · Help them understand the best options to protect their families · Be supported by a team that's with you every step of the way · Manage several clients at different stages · Join a crew of 120+ Advisers across the UK, including some of the top performers in the industry We're looking for: · High-performing individuals with a strong track record in target-driven or commercially focused sales roles. · Someone confident, self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to build rapport quickly, handle complex conversations and perform consistently under pressure. · Ambition is key. This role suits people who want to progress, develop and build a long-term career rather than simply do a job. · Some experience in an office-based sales role is a must-have What’s in it for you? · £30k basic salary that will go up to £33k once you pass your probation · Uncapped commission from Day 1. What is the shift pattern like? You'll work 40 hours a week with flexible shifts between 8am and 8pm, including two evenings until 7:30pm. Your shift times are flexible and agreed with your leader.
