At LifeSearch, our Senior Compliance Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting our compliance culture. If youre a proactive and experienced compliance professional who thrives on providing clear advice, navigating complex regulations, and championing good customer outcomes, this role is made for you! What you’ll be doing: Youll be a key player in ensuring LifeSearch remains ahead of regulatory changes while delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers. Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, youll work closely with leaders and teams across the business to promote a culture of compliance and ensure adherence to FCA regulations. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Guiding the business on compliance matters, providing practical and timely advice. Monitoring and interpreting FCA regulations, ensuring LifeSearch is always up to date and compliant. Leading regulatory horizon scanning and advising on changes that impact the business.
