Lifesaver is looking for a driven and commercially minded Head of Partnerships to join our growing team. This is a pivotal business development role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and creating new revenue streams. You will be at the forefront of our growth strategy — owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, and managing ongoing partner relationships to maximise long-term value. This is a hybrid role that combines field-based activity with time in the office. You must be comfortable spending a significant portion of your week out on the road, meeting prospective and existing partners face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Own and drive the full sales cycle — from cold outreach and lead generation through to close
- Proactively identify, target, and engage new partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely progression
- Represent Lifesaver at external meetings, events, and presentations — both virtually and in person
- Achieve and exceed a revenue KPI of 10× your total annual earnings
CRM & Reporting
- Accurately input and maintain all lead and deal data within the company CRM system
- Track partnership activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts within the CRM
- Produce clear and concise monthly or biweekly reports for the board, covering performance against KPIs, pipeline health, and strategic highlights
Presentations & Collateral
- Create compelling, professional presentation decks using Google Slides and PDF tools
- Tailor pitch materials to specific partner audiences and opportunities
- Update and maintain commercial documents, tracking sheets, and partner data in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Time & Activity Management
- Manage your own diary effectively, balancing field time, office presence, and administrative tasks
- Prioritise high-value activities to maximise productivity and revenue generation
- Work autonomously with strong personal accountability for results
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in a B2B or partnership-focused environment
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Confident self-starter with the ability to generate and manage your own leads
- Proficient with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar)
- Comfortable creating presentations in Google Slides and producing PDF deliverables
- Competent with AI engines, Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently in the field and collaboratively in the office
Desirable
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
- Familiarity with partnership or channel sales models
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders or boards
