Leisure Travel Consultant WFH

We are hiring a Leisure Travel Consultant to help clients plan vacations, cruises, and resort stays. In this role, you will provide personalized recommendations, prepare travel packages, and coordinate every detail of the journey. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for travel planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, and budgets

• Research and recommend leisure travel packages, destinations, and experiences

• Prepare detailed itineraries, proposals, and quotes

• Handle booking confirmations with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain organized client information and ensure excellent customer service throughout the process

Build long-term relationships by providing ongoing support and follow up

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• High attention to detail with strong organizational ability

• Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, web navigation)

• Ability to manage multiple requests at once

• Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
