Role Purpose

To own and continuously improve the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of Logistics & Warehouse Operations processes and supporting documentation. The role identifies inefficiencies, defines and recommends improved “to-be” processes, and ensures changes are clearly documented, validated, and embedded across warehouse and outbound logistics operations. Working within a process-driven framework, the role supports collaboration across Logistics, Customer Care, Finance, Manufacturing, Key Accounts, and external partners to enable efficient end-to-end operational delivery.

The role will include but is not limited to:

  • Owns, maintains, and governs Logistics & Warehouse Operations process documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and alignment to current operational practice.
  • Maps and analyzes “as-is” warehouse and logistics processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Designs and supports definition of “to-be” processes, providing structured, evidence-based recommendations for operational improvement.
  • Supports UAT and testing activities for ERP, WMS, shipping, and logistics-related system enhancements.
  • Works with stakeholders to assess the operational impact of change, ensuring dependencies, handovers, and downstream impacts are clearly understood.
  • Contributes to and supports management of the continuous improvement backlog, ensuring improvement opportunities are clearly defined and ready for prioritisation.
  • Uses available operational data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for warehouse and logistics processes, supporting collaboration across Customer Care, Finance, Manufacturing, Key Accounts, carriers, and 3PL partners.

Hours and Days

Monday to Friday; 09:00-17:15

Hybrid Working

This role follows a hybrid model, with 1 to 2 days per week based in the office. Flexibility will be required to support business needs, including occasional additional office attendance where necessary.

Salary: £31,000 GBP - £36,000 GBP
