In this role you will support young people through weekly positive activities, detached and outreach work. The young people we engage with are likely to be on the edge of school exclusion, poor mental health and/or criminal exploitation. Our interventions are designed to stop young people tipping over the edge.
Within this role the candidate will work as part of a team to deliver engaging, safe, and skill-building positive activities, and will be a frequent face at the sessions which meet the following objectives:
- Provide a safe place and something to do.
- Give opportunity for young people to make new and positive friendships.
- Increase our beneficiaries' social capital through meeting other staff members, volunteers, and Ambassadors.
