Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated engineering graduate to join our technical sales team. This is a client-facing role where you will be the crucial technical link between our internal engineering departments and our high-profile customer base. This position is ideal for a graduate with a strong engineering background and excellent communication skills who is passionate about motorsport. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, understanding complex client requirements, and developing technical solutions for clients in both motorsport and defence.

- Direct Motorsport Collaboration: You will work directly with engineers and teams across leading motorsport categories, including F1, WEC, Formula E, and WRC, acting as a key technical partner.
- International Travel: The role requires regular travel within the UK and internationally to attend client sites, test tracks, and trade shows.
- A Diverse Technical Portfolio: You will gain experience across a wide range of high-performance applications, from bespoke driver safety systems in motorsport to advanced cockpit solutions for military vehicles.
- Career Progression: You will be given significant responsibility, learning to manage key accounts, navigate complex technical projects, and deliver high-value engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for new and existing clients.
- Work collaboratively with clients (race teams, OEMs, defence contractors) to understand their technical challenges and precisely define project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- See projects through from start to finish including constructing BOM’s, specifying parts, always ensuring customer requirements are met and timelines are delivered.
- Liaise directly with internal design, engineering, and production teams to ensure client solutions are innovative, feasible, and delivered on time.
- Represent the company professionally at global industry events.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and emerging market trends.
About You: The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for an individual who meets the following criteria:
- Must possess a recent degree (BEng or MEng) in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Motorsport, Automotive, Mechanical, Aerospace).
- A genuine and demonstrable passion for motorsport and high-performance engineering.
- A natural communicator, articulate and confident in explaining complex technical concepts.
- Commercially aware, a structured problem-solver, and skilled at building professional relationships.
- Highly organised, resilient, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own time and travel schedule.
- A full, clean UK driving licence and the unrestricted right to work and travel globally are essential.
Desirable (But Not Essential): Practical experience from a motorsports environment.
