About The Role
We are looking for an HR Coordinator based in Europe, this role is part of the Global HR Operations team and provides essential support to HR Managers and HR Business Partners across the organisation. The role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes, maintaining accurate HR systems and records, and supporting global HR initiatives. This position plays an important role in supporting employees throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, HR administration, reporting, and HR process improvements. The successful candidate will also contribute to ensuring compliance with European labour laws and internal HR policies.
Your Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes across the European region
- Assist with new hire orientation and HR onboarding activities
- Manage HR system transactions and ensure accurate data entry across HR platforms
- Maintain personnel records, HR databases, and employee documentation in line with compliance requirements
- Support HR Managers and HR Business Partners on various HR initiatives and projects
- Coordinate employment verification requests and HR administrative documentation
- Assist with generating HR reports and supporting HR analytics where required
- Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team to track contractor and freelance agreements and monitor contract end dates
- Support HR process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Assist with preparation of documentation related to employee relations or legal matters when required
- Ensure HR data integrity and compliance with local labour laws and best practice standards across Europe
- Participate in internal HR meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing across the global HR team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related field is desirable
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role is advantageous
- Understanding of European labour laws and HR practices across the region
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees across different countries and cultures
- Comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn within a fast-growing global organisation
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
