Role Summary

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team in Newcastle to support a higher education client. In this role, you will be required to work a minimum of 3 days per week, with 2 days onsite at the Newcastle location and 1 remote day for case management. Onsite hours are typically 08:30am to 4:30pm, and you will be part of a supportive OH team working closely with other OHAs, clinical lead and a contract manager.

You will be responsible for conducting pre-placement assessments, managing performance and attendance cases, and providing immunisation services (training available). You will do no more than six cases per day, ranging from 60 to 90 minutes. Some days you may have three cases and some pre-employment assessments, whilst other days you may have a full day of performance and attendance cases. Additional days can be allocated for remote case management for other clients, if needed.

Who Are We Looking For?

You will need to be a Registered General Nurse with previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor. Current NMC Registration is required. You will need to be a proactive, friendly and professional person who is confident managing their own workload.
