About The Role
This is a pivotal position ensuring we meet regulatory obligations while supporting teams through significant operational changes — without disrupting the delivery of clinical care. As the Transformation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of CMA‑related changes within UK veterinary clinics. You will work closely with colleagues across Operations, Technology, Marketing, Pricing, Communications, and our Implementation and Brand Programme Teams.
What you'll do
- Lead and deliver CMA Market Investigation change projects across UK practices, ensuring delivery to time, quality and budget.
- Develop, maintain and own project plans, scopes and timelines, incorporating input from subject matter experts.
- Implement changes empathetically, working closely with Training and Communications teams to ensure effective adoption.
- Provide clear progress updates and risk communication to senior stakeholders.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience managing complex change projects or programmes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship‑building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Confident working within matrixed teams and programmes spanning multiple business functions.
- Solid understanding of different project delivery frameworks and where to apply them.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to perform under pressure.
- Strong IT capability, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Desirable Experience
- Background delivering operational or regulatory change.
- Experience in environments such as: clinical, multi‑site, PE‑backed or high‑growth organisations.
