Role Summary/Scope We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for closing sales over the phone. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a track record of meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities & Duties Contact potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services. Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products/services. Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis. Provide excellent customer service to all customers. Update and maintain customer information in the company’s database. Collaborate with key stakeholders in the business Be responsible and accountable for your sales performance Contribute positively to the team to create a fun working environment Experience, Skills & Qualifications
