The Role We are looking for a high-performing Product Manager to join our growing team and drive the evolution of our platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between cutting-edge science and world-class software, ensuring our federated solutions solve the most pressing challenges for clinicians and researchers. Lifebit specializes in managing the world’s most sensitive genomics data. We need a PM who thrives in an Agile environment, possesses a deep technical intuition, and can translate high-level business goals into a concrete, impactful product roadmap. Your Role and Responsibilities AI-Powered Platform Development: Lead the design and delivery of AI capabilities within a chat-based product interface, building agentic solutions that leverage tools, skills, agents, and diverse data sources to create a comprehensive agentic platform for users and researchers. Data Architecture ability to hold technical discussions with engineers regarding API architecture and data schemas. Analytical Rigor: Strong experience with design-thinking principles and utilizing user analytics to drive iteration. Growth Mindset: Experience working in a high-growth Series B startup environment, demonstrating the ability to build scalable processes while remaining adaptable. Preferred Qualifications Biotech Acumen: Experience in genetics, medical sciences, or Bioinformatics is a significant plus, but a passion for the field is essential.
