About the role:

This role supports the HR team by reporting on and analysing people data from multiple internal sources. This role will develop dashboards, ad-hoc analytics and develop models covering all aspects of HR data. The role will be the go-to person for HR data analytics and insights as well as reward data work such as Gender Pay Gap analysis and other data modelling.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Rewards and Benefits Partner to support Reward data requirements including gender pay gap analysis and external benchmarking.
  • Create HR dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for Exec/Senior Manager reporting.
  • Work with key HR stakeholders to understand their data reporting needs.
  • Present findings in a clear and actionable format for internal stakeholders mainly HR.
  • Developing and improving reporting from HRIS system.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Coach and mentor around data reporting and analytic skills.

Education & experience required:

  • Degree level or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Some experience in benchmarking / data surveys.

Skills & abilities:

  • Understanding of HR data systems and usage for reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Power BI knowledge and proven usage.
  • Data Reporting, proficient in generating and interpreting data reports.
  • Skilled in performing data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ability to simplify data for clear and concise PowerPoint presentations.
  • Highly collaborative, working effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Possesses a curious nature with a strong desire to learn and explore new ideas.
  • Focused on maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive in taking initiative and seeking improvement opportunities.

Salary will be determined by qualifications and experience along with other exceptional benefits.
