LifeArc is seeking an Associate Director for Preclinical Project Leadership in Paediatric and Rare Cancers, based in London with hybrid working (3 days in the office). You will lead early drug discovery and translational programs, ensuring clear scientific plans, milestones, and go/no-go criteria to progress assets toward IND.
Work closely with the Director, Preclinical Strategy and Portfolio, and may line-manage Principal Scientists across multidisciplinary teams.
