Life360’s mission is to keep people close to the ones they love. Our category-leading mobile app, Tile tracking devices, and Pet GPS tracker empower members to protect the people, pets, and things they care about most with a range of services, including location sharing, safe driver reports, and crash detection with emergency dispatch. Life360 serves approximately 95.8 million monthly active users (MAU), as of December 31, 2025, across more than 180 countries. Life360 delivers peace of mind and enhances everyday family life with seamless coordination for all the moments that matter, big and small.

Life360 is a Remote-First company, which means a remote work environment will be the primary experience for all employees. All positions, unless otherwise specified, can be performed remotely (within the US) regardless of any specified location above.

About The Team: Life360 serves 95M+ monthly active members across every life stage, every time zone, and every type of relationship. Each member opens the app for a different reason: parents checking a teenager’s commute, a partner tracking an ETA, a grandparent staying connected to family across the country. The opportunity is to make the experience they see actually reflect that—personalized, contextual, and relevant to their family in that moment.

About the Job: You’ll be a core contributor to the Orchestrator layer—the real-time, contextual decisioning system that assembles Life360’s interface dynamically for each member and each session. This is the personalization layer that determines which components surface and in what order, drawing on signals from the real world, past behaviors, family context, member history, and content and intelligence from partner teams across the company who all need representation in a constrained surface area.

What You’ll Do:

  • Orchestrator system design and roadmap.
  • Measurement framework.
  • Content ingestion architecture.
  • Member context model.
  • Delivery surfaces and content templates.
  • Feedback loops.
  • Stakeholder operating model.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You’ve built—or redesigned—a personalization or content orchestration system before.
  • You understand ML-driven content ranking, modular UI architecture, and what it means to replace fixed placement logic with algorithmic decisioning.
  • You can talk fluently about signals, weights, feedback loops, and what “good” looks like when you can’t directly observe every individual decision the system makes.

What Success Looks Like:

  • 3 months: A shared mental model of the Orchestrator is established across partner teams company-wide.
  • 6 months: The Orchestrator is a functioning system with measurable lift in engagement and action rate on delivered content.
  • 1 year: No two members see the same Life360.

Competitive pay and benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans, 401(k) plan with company matching program, flexible PTO, and more.

Life360 Values: Our company’s mission-driven culture is guided by our shared values to create a trusted work environment where you can bring your authentic self to work and make a positive difference.

Our Commitment to Diversity: We believe that different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds create a stronger and more creative work environment that delivers better results. We strive to create a workplace that reflects the communities we serve and where everyone feels empowered to bring their authentic best selves to work.
