The individual in the role will own and scale the engine behind Life360’s hiring. As Manager, TA Enablement, you’ll lead a small, high-impact coordination team and partner deeply with Talent Acquisition and the business to build data-driven, candidate-first systems that scale and raise the Talent Bar for Life360. This role is for someone who wants real influence and not maintenance mode.
The US-based salary range for this position is $125,000 - $185,000 annually. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
What You’ll Do
- Set the standard for how Life360 hires at scale by designing recruiting programs, tools, and leveraging AI to raise quality while protecting candidate trust.
- Eliminate friction and low-value work through automation and AI to create a faster, smarter, and more human hiring experience.
- Create clarity at scale by owning TA communications and the single source of truth for how recruiting gets done.
- Drive company-level hiring programs to meaningfully impact our brand, referrals, and talent outcomes.
- Enable and optimize a world-class recruiting function through onboarding and ongoing enablement that helps recruiters be more effective and keeps the talent bar consistently high.
- Lead a high-impact Recruiting Ops team setting clear expectations, coaching for growth, and continuously raising how the work gets done.
- Operate as a true TA thought partner influencing cross-functional leaders and driving the Recruiting Ops roadmap from alignment to execution.
- Set and enforce the standard for interviewing at Life360 building structured frameworks, toolkits, and governance that consistently raises hiring quality.
- Calibrate interviewers to a high, shared bar leading training and alignment that improves signal, fairness, and decision-making.
- Design an interview experience candidates remember, scaling consistency and care while authentically reflecting Life360’s culture.
- Leverage AI to tackle real recruiting challenges replacing low-value manual work with thoughtful, governed automation.
- Own AI governance in recruiting ensuring tools are effective, ethical, and aligned with a candidate-first mindset.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep TA Ops leadership: 5+ years in recruiting orgs, including 3+ years leading TA Operations in scaled environments (700+ employees).
- People-first leader: Proven manager who develops talent, sets clear standards, and drives durable programs not just projects.
- Data-driven operator: Translates messy recruiting data into clear and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Strong executor: Known for turning strategy into systems through disciplined program and change management.
- Credible influencer: Comfortable presenting, training, and shaping decisions across TA and the business.
- Tech-savvy partner: Experience supporting technical and engineering hiring environments preferred.
