Life is a national pregnancy support charity dedicated to helping individuals face pregnancy or pregnancy loss with courage and dignity so they can thrive. Through its services, Life offers free emotional support, counseling, and skilled listening via phone, text, email, or in-person. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Midlands or South UK for a Director of Quality Improvement and Compliance. The Director will oversee and implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations. Responsibilities include developing and executing compliance strategies, monitoring organizational practices, implementing quality assurance programs, and supporting data collection and reporting. The role involves regular collaboration with stakeholders to develop processes that improve service delivery and maintain high standards of client care.
