At Life Space Cabins, we don't just sell cabins. We help people create places to work, rest, host guests, start businesses and connect with the landscape around them. We're looking for a Sales & Client Consultant to join our growing team in Devon. This is a newly created role and a rare opportunity to help shape how we engage with clients and grow the business. You’ll be responsible for guiding projects from first enquiry through to a fully defined and signed off project, ready for handover to our operations team.
Responsibilities
- Leading consultations and site visits
- Developing project briefs and quotations
- Building strong relationships with clients and partners
- Supporting trade shows and business development activities
- Working closely with the Directors and wider team
Qualifications
- Loves great architecture, design and well crafted spaces
- Is commercially aware and confident with clients
- Enjoys building relationships and solving problems
- Is highly organised and able to manage their own workload and paperwork
- Can balance creativity with practicality
- Wants to contribute positively to a collaborative team environment
Planning knowledge would be useful but isn’t essential. Based in South Devon with UK travel. Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, plus performance related pay.
