We are seeking an experienced and proactive Training Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and delivery of training programs related to our company’s product portfolio. This includes the flagship product and new therapies in the pipeline. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing and implementing training strategies to ensure employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to drive business success.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for a diverse range of products and therapies, tailored to meet the needs of both new hires and existing team members.
- Create high-quality learning materials such as presentations, e-learning modules, and structured training plans.
- Lead the onboarding process for new employees and those transitioning into new roles or product responsibilities, with a focus on product and therapy knowledge.
- Drive the pre-launch training for new products and ensure smooth rollout once the product becomes available.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical training roles, with expertise in developing and delivering training programs.
- Extensive experience planning and executing training initiatives, especially for new product launches.
