This exciting new opportunity offers a leadership position responsible for driving sales growth across the North of England, including the M62 corridor and Scotland. The role involves managing a team of two product specialists and providing hands-on leadership and coaching to maximize market share and account penetration.

Regularly visit customer sites to support sales activities, with an expectation of 60-80% of time in the field. Coach, mentor, and lead the product specialist team to enhance performance, drive repeat business, and achieve preferred supplier status. Manage the sales territory, developing and implementing strategies to increase account penetration and overall market share.

Build and nurture strong relationships with current and potential clients in the life sciences, academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries.

  • A degree-level education in a life science or related field.
  • ~1-3 years of experience in people management and team leadership.
