Primary Function To work as a 360 consultant or focus on Business Development with the support of Researchers to execute searches for clients in the EU, US and ROW. Key Accountabilities To establish and manage new and lasting relationships with clients. To maximise visibility with existing clients, you have won. To consistently provide a professional and best-in-class service to clients and candidates. You will be an expert in your field. Therefore, a thirst for knowledge and developing a deep understanding of the bio-pharmaceutical industry globally is crucial to success in this role. Work closely with the project delivery team to ensure all projects are delivered. Work closely with our sister company, Morgan Prestwich, to carve out new strategies when required.
