Job Description
DAM Operational Consultant
You will be responsible for:
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and address any concerns related to Digital Asset Management (DAM) processes.
- Partnering with business owners to understand upcoming materials, tactical plans, and key project timelines.
- Coordinating and managing assets related to promotional materials in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Communicating effectively with DAM system vendors.
- Leading and facilitating cross-functional promotional review meetings, including preparing and presenting materials.
- Managing the review and approval process of promotional materials in Veeva PromoMats, serving in the Project Manager role.
- Sharing best practices and contributing ideas to improve the promotional material review process.
- Supporting onboarding and training of new users in Veeva, including guidance on the review workflow.
- Assisting with reporting and metrics from Veeva as needed.
- Providing ad hoc support on other team projects where required.
Desired Profile (Key Skills)
- Experience working with promotional materials in a marketing or regulatory environment.
- Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats, ideally from a marketing or reviewer perspective.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable presenting in meetings and leading discussions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing DAM requirements and technologies.
- Skill in managing budgets related to DAM activities.
- Experience using the Project Manager role in Veeva PromoMats.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Nice to have:
- Certifications related to DAM platforms, such as Aprimo certification or Veeva Vault Administration Certification.
