Global Head of Resourcing – Life Sciences Recruitment
The role involves building relationships with key clinicians, hospital teams, and patient advocacy groups, as well as providing training and education on the use of clinical diagnostic products. The successful candidate will focus on one disease area (oncology, cardiology, or infectious diseases) and be tasked with achieving sales targets while ensuring the smooth implementation of the company’s products in clinical settings.
Responsibilities
- Secure sales and drive business expansion by promoting digital diagnostic solutions to major hospitals, especially oncology and cardiology centers.
- Establish strong, trusted relationships with key clinicians, hospital staff, and other stakeholders.
- Provide product training and education within healthcare establishments, ensuring correct product usage.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to expand clinical use of the company’s products.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in life sciences, biology, medicine, or pharma.
- Strong sales and business management experience within the healthcare environment.
- Proven experience in consultative selling, especially within oncology or cardiology hospitals.
- In-depth knowledge of personalized medicine and cancer pathways.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales or account management in clinical centers or major healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of the reimbursement environment in oncology and diagnostics within the UK.
