About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to lead and deliver strategic, digital, and operational initiatives for global life-sciences clients. The ideal candidate brings strong consulting capabilities, deep understanding of the pharmaceutical/biotech ecosystem, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable, technology-enabled solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across strategy, medical, commercial, data, digital, and operations to drive measurable impact for clients across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Delivery & Advisory
    • Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements across commercial, medical, and digital domains.
    • Develop insights and recommendations using analytical frameworks, domain knowledge, and data-driven approaches.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, supporting decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Translate client challenges into structured problem statements and actionable transformation roadmaps.
    • Ensure high-quality project outputs—presentations, reports, dashboards, process maps, and frameworks.
  • Project & Team Leadership
    • Oversee project planning, governance, timelines, and risk management to ensure successful delivery.
    • Manage and mentor junior consultants and analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and development support.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across digital, technology, design, data, and domain teams.
  • Domain & Functional Expertise
    • Apply strong understanding of life-sciences processes such as medical affairs, commercial operations, digital marketing, patient engagement, and omnichannel execution.
    • Contribute expertise in areas such as digital transformation, customer experience, analytics, AI/ML use cases, and workflow optimization.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies shaping the biopharma landscape.
  • Business Growth & Thought Leadership
    • Support development of new consulting offerings, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Contribute to proposals, solutioning sessions, and client presentations for business development efforts.
    • Create thought leadership assets such as POVs, frameworks, whitepapers, and case studies.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
    • 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, life-sciences consulting, or digital/technology enablement within pharma or biotech.
    • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain (clinical, medical, market access, commercial).
  • Skills & Competencies
    • Ability to structure complex problems and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with digital technologies used in life sciences (CRM, DAM, omnichannel platforms, AI/ML use cases, digital content operations, medical affairs systems).
    • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and analytics tools; experience with project management tools is a plus.
    • Strong leadership, collaboration, and people development capabilities.
