We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager with a minimum of two years' experience in medical communications to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality medical communication projects, and building strong client relationships. You will work closely with internal teams, including medical writers, designers, and project managers, to deliver compelling and scientifically accurate content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day client communications and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various medical communications projects, including publications, symposiums, advisory boards, and digital content.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate project workflows and provide strategic input.
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and project plans, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, medical advancements, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Support the senior team in the development of proposals and pitch presentations.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in medical communications within an agency or similar setting.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear and engaging content.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and account strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.
