We are looking for an organised and motivated Partnerships Co-ordinator to join our team, reporting to the Head of Partnerships. This role is central to supporting our engagement activity across Wales, the UK and internationally helping to connect people, ideas and opportunities that drive health and care innovation. You will play a key part in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting delivery of our partnership plans, and ensuring our events and activities run smoothly and make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support engagement activity, from planning meetings and preparing reports, to helping innovators navigate the health and care system.
- Manage and deliver a varied events programme including conferences, exhibitions, roundtables and webinars, ensuring each event is well planned, professionally delivered, and contributes to the wider engagement strategy.
- Collaborate across the organisation with our marketing, intelligence and delivery teams, and maintain contact with external partners across health, care, academia and industry.
Qualifications / Skills
- Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting stakeholder engagement and delivering successful events.
- Experience working with CRM tools and event planning tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently, build professional relationships, and adapt to changing priorities.
