About the role: Property Managers at LiFE have a varied role and are the point of contact for our residents, landlords and contractors. Working from either our head office in Park Royal, or our Canary Wharf office, you'll have a target portfolio size of 135 and will work with your manager, team, and a whole range of departments across the business to make sure everyone gets a fantastic service from us. Some of the things you'll work on are:
- Working with contractors to get quotes for works, and then making sure the work is carried out
- Coordinating purchases, deliveries, exchanges and removals
- Managing new tenancies and renewals
- Deposit negotiations, returns and disputes
- Carrying out periodic property inspections for your portfolio

About you: To be right for this role, you'll need to be an exceptional verbal and written communicator who can switch your style depending on who you're dealing with. You'll also need to be able to prioritise and plan work effectively. Finally, you'll need to have at least one year's Property Management experience. If you don't have any experience in property management, but you like the sound of the role, we'd still love to hear from you as we also hire for trainees.
