The Client Accounts Administrators at LiFE have a varied role and are the point of contact for our residents, landlords, and contractors. The Client Accounts Administrators manage a portfolio of properties and contractors, deal with all accounts-related queries, and ensure a high level of service is delivered to our clients and contacts. Some of the things you’ll work on are:
- Managing the landlords and their portfolios
- Accounts payable and accounts receivables
- Landlord accounts queries
- Entering purchase invoices and contractor payments
- Disbursing payments
- Reconciling contractor and landlord accounts
- Chasing overdue rents/debts
