Life Property Group is a growing, forward‑thinking property development company. We work closely with housing associations, contractors and within the private market to deliver high‑quality homes throughout South Wales. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Directors and help strengthen our operational efficiency.
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative & organisational support to the Managing Director alongside any reasonable administrative tasks to support the running of the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoys taking ownership of tasks that keep the business running smoothly. You’ll be a key part of the leadership support function, ensuring the MD’s time is protected, deadlines are met, and the organisation operates efficiently day‑to‑day.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s diary, prioritising meetings, deadlines, and strategic commitments
- Coordinate the Director's emails, communications, and document flow to ensure efficient decision-making
- Handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
- Support internal communication and coordination across teams, contractors, and partners
- Book travel, venues, catering, and logistics when required
- Draft letters, communications, and summaries for the MD
- Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients, partners, housing associations, and suppliers
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and site visits
- Maintain positive relationships across the organisation and external network
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Minute / Note taking
- Experience in property, development or construction
- Understanding of project management processes
- Ability to draft documents, reports, and correspondence confidently
- UK driving licence
