About the Role
The School Success Manager is crucial for ensuring our partner schools successfully adopt and embed our whole-school PSHE programmes. This role is ideal for a former teacher, Head of Year, PSHE Lead, or pastoral leader looking to broaden their impact beyond one setting. You will be responsible for guiding schools through successful programme implementation, delivering training to build confident delivery teams, and implementing our theory of change to evidence impact. This collaborative role suits a passionate individual keen to develop expertise in training, stakeholder management, and programme implementation across diverse education settings.
