About the Role
The School Success Manager is crucial for ensuring our partner schools successfully adopt and embed our whole-school PSHE programmes. This role is ideal for a former teacher, Head of Year, PSHE Lead, or pastoral leader looking to broaden their impact beyond one setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish strong working relationships with key school and MAT staff.
- Understand school contextual priorities (strategy, community, and pupil needs) to guide effective programme implementation.
- Support new partner schools through the initial onboarding process.
- Liaise with school staff, including PSHE Leads, pastoral leads, and senior leaders, to ensure programme alignment and effective adoption across teams.
- Provide feedback to the Life Lessons team on challenges and opportunities to inform our development roadmap.
- Contribute content, informed by partner needs, to our monthly partner school newsletters.
- Design and deliver engaging, evidence-informed training sessions (online and in-person) to school staff and the wider market.
- Carry out regular check-ins with schools to understand progress and challenges.
- Work closely with the school accounts team to monitor engagement and develop proactive intervention plans to strengthen uptake and support disengaged schools.
- Contribute to gathering feedback and evidence of impact in schools.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience working in a school setting (e.g., teacher, Head of Year, Assistant Head, PSHE Lead, or similar).
- Passionate about supporting young people’s personal development.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Confident communicator, eager to develop training delivery skills.
- Organised, effective time manager, and a creative problem solver.
- Comfortable using (or learning to use) CRMs and project management systems.
- Adaptable and comfortable traveling to a variety of school contexts when required.
