About You: Essential Qualifications - SEQ Level 2 Teaching Swimming Desirable Skills - A minimum of Level 2 swimming teacher qualification. A sound knowledge of all areas of the swimming programme. The ability to relate and communicate with people of all ages and deal with associative issues and situations. An understanding of child development. The ability to be well planned.
