Job Description The Health and Wellbeing Coach will assist in the smooth running of the fitness and wellbeing provision at our Hubs by delivering quality activities with exceptional customer service according to our WATCH principles. You will work with your Health and Wellbeing Lead and General Manager to promote, connect and provide in alignment with Life Leisure’s Purpose and Mission. Delivering the fitness and wellbeing provision at Life Leisure Hubs, including onboarding, programmes, group exercise, member interaction and small group training. Job Duties: Delivering high-quality member onboarding appointments and fitness inductions. Creating personalised fitness programmes that help members achieve their goals. Delivering engaging group exercise classes and wellbeing activities. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong member relationships. Supporting the safe and effective operation of fitness facilities. Carrying out Boditrax assessments and wellbeing consultations. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health and safety and equipment checks. Working collaboratively with colleagues to improve member engagement and retention. Supporting community outreach initiatives and promoting health and wellbeing services. Contributing to the continuous improvement of the fitness offer across Life Leisure.
