The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with a range of special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they can access the curriculum and thrive in a positive learning environment.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech and language, learning difficulties).\\n\\n * Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies under the guidance of the SENCO and class teacher.\\n\\n * Encourage and promote independence, confidence, and emotional well-being in pupils.\\n\\n * Support the teacher in managing behaviour and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere.\\n\\n * Assist with preparing learning materials and resources tailored to pupils’ needs.\\n\\n * Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent and effective support.\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nWe are looking for someone who is:\\n\\n * Passionate about supporting children with additional needs.\\n\\n * Patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a nurturing approach.\\n\\n * Able to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff.\\n\\n * Ideally experienced in working with children with SEN
