The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and supportive Academic Mentor to work with students across the school. The successful candidate will help improve learning outcomes, provide personalised support, and encourage positive study habits and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with individual pupils or small groups to support learning and academic progress.
- Provide guidance on study techniques, homework, and organisational skills.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.
- Support pupils in developing confidence, resilience, and independent learning skills.
- Assist in implementing intervention programs for students requiring additional support.
