We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Manager to lead our store. The ideal candidate will combine strong retail leadership with a passion for photography, videography, and imaging technology. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and managing day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Operations
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
- Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive sales targets and improve store profitability
- Deliver a premium, consultative customer experience for cameras, lenses, and accessories
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships with professional and enthusiast customers
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff
- Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews
- Motivate the team to achieve sales and service excellence
- Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance
- Product & Brand Knowledge
- Stay updated on camera technology, new launches, and industry trends
- Train staff on product features, comparisons, and demonstrations
- Coordinate in-store demos, workshops, and brand activations
- Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports
- Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of retail experience, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role
- Experience in electronics, cameras, or specialty retail is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with POS systems, inventory tools, and MS Office

- Passion for photography/videography
- Experience working with premium or lifestyle brands
- Ability to conduct product demos and customer workshops
