Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Depot Supervisor role based in York.
The Depot Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations within the depot, including planning and coordinating deliveries, managing stock and inventory, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards.
The role involves supervising depot staff and drivers, organizing shift schedules, providing guidance and training, and monitoring performance to maintain a high level of service.
The Depot Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring temperature-sensitive and time‑critical shipments are handled correctly, and resolving operational issues promptly.
